HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Real Hope Community Foundation – RHCF is an initiative that targets to rehabilitate and reintegrate street children and empower street youth living and working on the streets. It started operations in 2014.  The catchment area of the initiative is within Nairobi and its environs.

It was established to offer interventions to the growing problem of street children and vulnerable street youths through its empowerment programs.

Real Hope Community Foundation – RHCF is also committed to working closely with other agencies and the civil society in promoting the rehabilitation and reintegration of street children and the empowerment of street youth and local communities.  The Initiative is committed to addressing push factors that lead the child to the streets or to their vulnerable positions.
