Beds of Hope: Restoring Dignity, One Bed at a Time September 18, 2025 by admin In the heart of Nairobi’s informal settlements, families often sleep on cold floors, worn-out mats, or in overcrowded spaces. At the same time, many young people in these communities face the daily struggle of unemployment and lack of skills to create a better future. Beds of Hope was born out of this reality—a simple yet powerful idea: train young people in woodworking and, through their hands, provide families with something many of us take for granted—a bed. Every bed tells two stories: a young person discovering purpose and a family reclaiming dignity. Hope in Action
